Dr. Khetarpal is a Trustee, Salwan Education Trust, based at the Salwan Schools Campus, Rajendra Nagar, New Delhi. She holds MA (English), MA (History) and a Ph.D. in Educational Management from the University of Delhi. Born on 28 August 1954, she brings decades of experience and leadership in the field of education. She was appointed Principal, Salwan Public School, Rajendra Nagar on 8 July 2013, following her transfer from Salwan Public School, Gurugram, where she served as School Head for over 15 years, exemplifying dedication and commitment to quality education.
A visionary leader deeply committed to “Quality Education for All”, Dr. Khetarpal has contributed significantly to curriculum design and development, working closely with CBSE, NCERT and NUEPA. Her research papers and articles have been published in national and international journals, and she has been invited as a resource person at various national and international seminars.
She co-authored the biography of the Founder, Pt. Girdhari Lal Salwan, titled The Invincible Soul (2012). Her achievements include the National Award for Teachers (2005), National Values Award (2010), and the Endeavour Executive Award (2009) by the Australian Government, among several others. She has participated in numerous international conferences and currently serves as a Consultant with the National Testing Agency (Government of India).

Prof. Venita Kaul is a distinguished educationist and one of India’s leading experts in the field of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE). She serves as Professor Emerita (Education) at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University Delhi, where she was the Founder Director of the Centre for Early Childhood Education and Development (CECED) and Director of the School of Education Studies until her retirement in 2016.
Prior to her tenure at Ambedkar University Delhi, Prof. Kaul served as a Senior Education Specialist at the World Bank for over a decade, contributing significantly to educational policy, planning and development initiatives. Earlier, she spent more than twenty years at the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), where she held the position of Professor and Head, Department of Preschool and Elementary Education.
Prof. Kaul has been associated with numerous national and international committees, advisory groups and professional networks dedicated to education and child development. She has served as a member of several Government committees, the Steering Group of the Asia-Pacific Regional Network for Early Childhood Development (ECD), and the International Forum for Investing in the Young Child. She has also contributed to the work of several non-governmental organisations engaged in education and child welfare.

Dr. Romila Bhatnagar is a distinguished academician and educator with extensive experience in the field of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and Elementary Education. As an Associate Professor at NCERT, she has been actively involved in strengthening early learning and foundational education through curriculum development, research and teacher education initiatives.
She has made significant contributions to several national educational programmes, including the development of the Preschool Curriculum, Guidelines for Preschool Education, NISHTHA Modules, Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) initiatives, and various policy documents related to early childhood education. Her work has played an important role in promoting developmentally appropriate practices and quality learning experiences for young children.

Dr. Parul Srivastav is a renowned expert in the field of Child and Adolescent Mental Health, with over three decades of experience in child development, education, counselling and psychosocial interventions. Her professional expertise spans Family Therapy, Play Therapy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Specific Learning Disabilities and Developmental Disorders.
She has been associated with the National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development (NIPCCD) in various leadership capacities and has coordinated counselling services through the Child Guidance Centre, Adolescent Guidance Service Centre and regional centres of NIPCCD.
